Team vs Wolves
FABIANSKI

ZABALETA - DIOP - OXFORD - CRESSWELL

RICE - NOBLE

SNODGRASS - NASRI - ANDERSON

ARNAUTOVIC

Adrian, Ogbonna, Fredericks, Obiang, Antonio, Lucas, Diangana,

Fuck Hernandez and Carroll off ! I wouldn't have put Ogbonna on the bench if we had other options.

Oxford can't be any worse than Ogbonna!

If Oxford ain't good enough we need another centre back urgently.

There is an expression, 'taking the gloves off', which refers to getting serious about a contest or fight. I rather hope that whoever is selected tonight will be taking their gloves off prior to kick-off and not prancing round like a bunch of refugees from Sgt-Major Shut-Up's concert party.

This.... as Vinnie Jones said at HT on Saturday... as soon as Wimbledon saw so many ponces in gloves they would have known we were there for the taking. Gloves should be banned with immediate effect.

Fuck 'em... don't see why I should show any more interest in the fuckers than they show in us.

If I was a billionare owner I'd fuck Arnautovic right off.

Ex says Nasri and Cresswell unlikely to feature.

Fun.

So my original line-up way back was the same as the ones posted recently.

But I would have to change:

Masuaku for Cresswell
and
Hernandez for Nasri

and try to win a shoot out.

Personally I don't give a shit who plays. All I know is that they'd better run their hearts out and try harder than they've ever tried. i don't give a shag if it's snowing like it's never snowed. I expect nothing less than 100% from them all. I then expect them to be so fucking contrite in any forthcoming interview you'd think they were all lodging at a fucking convent!

Anyone who played on Saturday who isn't bang on it tonight needs to be fucked off in the next two days.

Sadly, the law of averages or whatever but GHTC is on a roll as regards our recent results. It will be very tough to get anything. Just hope the returning players like Rice, 2 full backs , Nasri and Arnie can make the difference. Certainly should address the gaping weaknesses that were evident on Saturday.

Re: Team vs Wolves
I suppose it is a tad early to write him off and I hope he develops and proves me wrongr but based on his age and size and what we have seen so far, I think Diagana is likely to be the next Freddie Sears. In the wider sense, that is pretty good but the Premiership demands are so high nowadays and I do not think he will cut it at the very top level. Maybe if he can work on his physical strength ( upper and lower body ) and build it without diminishing speed but he needs to do it sooner than later.

Anyway, the team tonight IMHO. Largely the same as everyone else aside from Noble. I would start with Snodgrass to ensure we are able to press effectively and he has a bit more physicality and better engine than Noble.

------ Fabianski
Zabaleta Diop Ogbonna Cresswell
------Rice Snodgrass----
Antonio Nasri Anderson
-----Arnie

Re: Team vs Wolves
I think Diangana's issue is confidence, he looks really shy (for the want of a better word) when playing sometimes, reluctant to get involved. I think he clearly has some natural talent, but needs to develop some desire to make more of an impact.
